7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features of VitalScan Pro require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

VitalScan Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any medical decisions made based on the Service's output. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The VitalScan Pro platform, including its AI models, interface, and content, is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings, which will permanently remove all your data.
