Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What counts as one "analysis"? +
One analysis = uploading one blood test report (PDF or photo) and receiving a full plain-language breakdown of all its biomarkers. You can re-read and share your past analyses at any time without it counting again.
Is my health data stored securely? +
Yes. All health data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We're HIPAA compliant for US users and GDPR compliant for EU users. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all data with one click at any time.
Do you offer refunds? +
If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@vitalscanpro.com and we'll refund your first payment in full — no questions asked.
